Bombay Realty Launches Third Tower at Island City Center
Bombay Realty, the real estate division of the Wadia Group, has launched THREE ICC, an ultra-luxury residential tower within Island City Center in Dadar. The announcement was made on 1 May 2026.
The launch follows the successful completion of One ICC and Two ICC, marking a significant new chapter in the evolution of ICC as one of Mumbai's most distinctive integrated residential addresses.

The project carries an estimated revenue potential of approximately ₹6,500 crore. THREE ICC features an exclusive collection of expansive 3, 4, 4.5, and 5-bed deck residences, with sizes ranging from 1,283 square feet to over 2,994 square feet. Residences are priced from ₹5.75 crore onwards.
