An alumnus of the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, and the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Allahabad, Santhosh has managed real estate portfolios across both domestic and international markets. He has also handled profit-and-loss responsibilities for renewable energy projects.

Santhosh was appointed CEO of Bombay Realty in September 2025, serving for approximately 11 months before his departure. He was positioned to drive Bombay Realty's next phase of transforming urban living in India's financial capital.
Bombay Dyeing is part of the Wadia Group and has historically operated as a textile manufacturer. Over time, the company has shifted focus toward monetising its prime land holdings in Mumbai through its real estate arm, Bombay Realty.
