Real Estate Segment Recognition: Bombay Dyeing's Q1 Results
Bombay Dyeing reported consolidated net profit of ₹7.1 crore in Q1 FY27 (April-June 2026), down 48.7 percent year-on-year compared with ₹13.8 crore in Q1 FY26. Revenue from operations rose 8.7 percent year-on-year to ₹410.8 crore.
Real Estate Segment Performance
Real estate segment revenue stood at ₹42.05 crore for the quarter, with the segment recording a ₹12.94 crore loss before tax and finance costs. The company launched its THREE ICC real estate project during the quarter and began recognising revenue in accordance with Ind AS 115.
The company incurred ₹2.81 crore of employee benefit expenses and ₹89.65 crore of other expenses during the quarter towards the project.
Three ICC Launch and Project Scale
Bombay Realty, the real estate arm of the Wadia Group, has announced the launch of THREE ICC, an ultra-luxury residential tower at Island City Center, Dadar, with an estimated revenue potential of ₹6,500 crore. The announcement was made through a press release issued under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 on 1 May 2026.
THREE ICC builds on the success of One ICC and Two ICC, marking a new chapter in the evolution of Island City Center as one of Mumbai's most distinctive integrated residential addresses.
Product Configuration
The project offers 3, 4, 4.5 and 5-bed deck residences ranging from 1,283 sq. ft. to 2,994 sq. ft. and above, priced from ₹5.75 crore onwards.
Regulatory Status
Bombay Realty has received RERA registration for Three ICC – Wing A, a residential tower located at Island City Center (ICC) in Dadar, Mumbai.
Broader Company Context
In the quarter, polyester segment revenue was ₹350.79 crore and retail/textile contributed ₹14.71 crore.
